Our hillside property includes inviting expanses of landscaped green space under towering oaks, perfect for hiking, relaxing or spotting wildlife like ducks and deer.</p> <p>At the same time, the community is just minutes from major freeways, within easy reach of some of Southern California&rsquo;s most popular attractions. It&rsquo;s just a short drive to take in a game at Dodger Stadium or the Rose Bowl, a concert by the Los Angeles Philharmonic or the stunning Degas collection at the Norton Simon Museum.
