affordable housing

be.group operates 26 affordable housing communities throughout California. Developed in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, they provide economical alternatives for very-low-income seniors under HUD's Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program. The rent paid by residents is calculated at 30 percent of their annual adjusted gross income.

We work together to foster a sense of community and mutual respect while respecting diversity and individuality. Above all, we encourage open communications and collaboration as we try to create the best possible living environments.
