Another area of expertise in be.group’s senior living portfolio is affordable housing. We operate a total of 26 communities in cooperation with the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, which provides economical alternatives for seniors under its Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program. The rent paid by residents is calculated at 30 percent of their annual adjusted gross income.
