  • Share general C.N.A. duties as assigned, including but not limited to: hall assignments, resident “wake up” assignments, showers, lunch assignments, water pitcher changes, providing fresh drinking water on a regular basis and offering fluids as frequently as possible for hydration unless contraindicated by M.D.
  • Serve, collect and record meal percentages for food trays and nourishment consumption, record shower completion and I&O’s, record resident weights and measurements as per supervisor.
  • Assist residents to various activities throughout the day, redirects residents who are exhibiting aggressive or agitated behavior, while maintaining dignity at all times.
  • Reposition residents as per plan of care, monitor checking and releasing of physical restraints.
  • Clean resident room area and bed table stand, including changing bed linens.
